- Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has reacted to the decision of the Tribunal’s judgement which sacked him on Jan. 27th.
- This is coming hours after the Election Petition Tribunal declared Adegboyega Oyetola as the lawful winner of the July 16th election having found proof of over voting in some polling units.
- Adeleke has asked his supporters not to fret as he will be challenging the decision of the Tribunal in the Court of Appeal.

This comes hours after the Tribunal declared the former governor, Adegboyega Oyetola as the lawful winner of the July 16th, 2022 elections, having found ‘proof’ of over-voting.
Ademola Adeleke has, however, assured his supporters that there is no cause for alarm while affirming that he would challenge the ruling at the Court of Appeal.
“Let our people be reassured that we will do everything possible to retain this widely acclaimed mandate,” the governor said in a statement signed by his spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed.
The judgment has stirred mixed reactions across social media networks in Osun State, and Nigeria as a whole.
