Kannywood star, Fati Washa was born in Bauchi, Nigeria, on February 21, 1993 and lives in Kano state, Nigeria.  Fati Washa talks less about her family publicly, but on occasions she mentioned her father, Mallam Abdullahi.[3] Her distinct cultural background has helped shape her acting career, and has influenced her versatile acting abilities to adapt to various roles in the entertainment industry.

In an interview with PREMIUM TIME’ Muhammed Lere in Abuja, another actor and producer, Nuhu Abdullahi, has declared his interest on Fati Washa saying “Fati Washa is always my favourite and I wouldn’t even regret it if I said I love her”.[11] He claims that the actress is always nice to him and he can do anything to make her happy.
