Popular Nigerian singer, Fave has reacted after Davido performed their song “Kante” without her and also removed her verse during his new year performance.
Up coming Nigerian singer, Chidozie Godsfavour Ugochinyere, better known by her stage name, Fave speaks out after afrobeat super star, Davido performed their song “Kante” and removed her verse during his New Year’s performance.
On her Twitter page, she revealed that she was together with Davido at the backstage of the event before his performance.
According to the post she wrote on her social media, she said that she had hugged the singer backstage before he began his New Year performance.
Despite meeting her backstage, Davido performed the song on his own and also removed her own verse of the song during his performance.
Fave noted that performing with Davido would have been the highlight of her year, but she supposes life sometimes happens.
