Controversial Nigerian On Air Personality, Daddy Freeze ridicules a preacher who said demise of veteran actor, Mr Ibu was due to his spiritual distance from God while comparing him to Pastor Adeboye who is older than him but still alive.
The preacher identified as Pastor Fortune Makarois took to his Facebook account to react to the untimely demise of the 62-year-old actor.
The pastor compared Mr Ibu’s situation to Pastor Adeboye who recently marked his 82nd birthday. The preacher in his post insinuated that the actor would’ve lived longer only if he served God.
In his words, “The Man on the left is a Pastor and He is Celebrating His 82Years old Birthday today. The brother on the right is a comedian and He just died at 62 today. What do you learn from this?
“Use your Life to Serve GOD. UNTIMELY DpTH SHALL NOT BE YOUR PORTION IN JESUS NAME.”
Addressing this, Daddy Freeze lambasted him while recounting how the son of Pastor Adeboye, Dare passed on at the age of 42 despite being religious and a pastor.
He further urged online users to apply reasoning before penning insensitive takes for cheap attention.
“Yet Adeboye’s 42 year old son who was also a pastor kpaid 20years younger than Mr Ibu.. let’s be using our 1479 $ense before creating unhinged narratives,” he stated.
