Nigerian singer, Simisola Kosoko, better known as Simi has shared her first encounter with her husband, Adekunle Gold.
Simi admitted that when she first met her husband, Adekunle Gold, she had no idea that he was a singer in an interview with the Tea with Taye podcast.
She said that before she met him, she had already made up her mind never to marry a singer. Simi noted that although she was aware of his love of music she was unaware that it was a significant matter for him.
She also revealed that her husband had a background in graphic design and was working for several companies when they met.
According to the singer, she chose to pursue a relationship with Adekunle since she saw him as a kind and gentle Yoruba guy.
