Terry G emphasised that contrary to misguided belief, secular musicians do not praise God but their music directly glorifies the devil.
Using himself as an example, the singer emphasized that in fact, his genre of music is not gospel music, hence it is secular.
In his words, “I am a secular musician. I sing for the devil. We [secular musicians] sing for the devil, we praise the devil. We don’t glorify God. Abi all this one wey we dey do, you think say na God we dey do am for?”
