According to information gathered from his post, the unidentified tenants rent was due four years ago but he has refused to pay up.
Isaac Fayose also revealed that the tenant has the temerity to take the matter to court despite the fact that he owes him.
He decided to take the drastic action of removing door and roof of the house.
A video he shared shows workers removing various parts of the house while he gave an account of what is happening.
