An X (Twitter) user has shared a horrific image of a man who was found unconscious with several nails driven into his skull

A viral photos of an unconscious man with several nails driven into his skull has been shared online.

This was shared by an X (Twitter) user oh his handle @Nwaadaz. According to him, the man was found inside his room somewhere in Southern Nigeria.

However, it is still unclear where the incident occured and if the matter has been reported to the police.
