According to his account his mother’s father passed and on hearing the news, the mom was devastated since she was close to her dad.
When her husband came back from work later that day she asked him her if he heard the news earlier, and without consoling her he told her to fry him plantain.
The son wrote;
“The day my Grandpa died, my mum was disheartened about the loss of her father, my dad came back from work, asked her if she heard the news early and asked her to go fry plantain for him.”
The young man upon enquiry clarified that he had to be the one to fry the plantains as his mother was mourning.
Many Netizens have frowned upon the behavior of his dad towards his mourning mum.
