A Japanese man, Toco who spent millions to transform himself into a dog is disappointed as he is being shunned by other dogs.
A man who spent 2 million Yen which is equivalent to $22,000 has been disappointed as other dogs shun him and refuse to play with him at parks.
The Japanese man transformed himself into a dog known as Toco. The hyper realistic outfit was made by Japanese company Zeppet, and the costume took them 40 days to create.
Despite spending such to look like a dog, the man is left disappointed because other dogs refused to treat him as their equal.
While speaking in an interview with the Sun, the man registered his dissatisfaction.
“They seemed a little surprised, and unfortunately, they did not treat me as an equal.” He said.
He reacting to criticisms, he said her will carry on with his passion for roleplaying.
“I’m just sad that people can think that. I love animals and enjoy play-acting like a collie. This is my hobby so I will carry on,” he said.
Toco also stated that he is now searching for other therians (People who identify as non-human species) to connect with.
