Nigerian singer, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu better known by his stage name as Burna Boy, stirs reaction online after he rejected a foreign delicacy and requested for Eba and egusi soup.
The singer in a food testing interview with LADbile was asked to choose his favorite dish from a selection of Nigerian and British dishes.
Jollof rice and cauliflower cheese were served to Burna Boy in the first round of meals. However, Burna Boy rejected the cauliflower and cheese without testing it.
Giving his reason for declining the meal, Burna Boy stated that the dish taste awful even without tasting it.
A pot Noodles and Eba with Egusi Soup was the second round of dishes that were served.
Burna Boy noted that although the noodles tasted good, he still needs a sauce to make it taste better so he can eat it with the jollof rice.
During the interview, he disclosed that his favourite food is jollof while he was served eba accompanied with egusi soup. Rather than just tasting the egusi soup, Burna Boy opened eba and began to eat it.
