Popular Nigerian musician, Skales calls out EFCC on Twitter after they allegedly raided his house in the middle is of the night without warrant.
Nigerian musician, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, popularly known as Skales, has publicly called out the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for raiding his house and oppressing him.
The singer claimed that members of EFCC showed up at his house in the middle of the night and ransacked it for what they termed a “routine check”.
Skales also claimed that he was oppressed by EFCC with different weapons in front of his wife, daughter and staffs despite not commiting any sort of crime or fraud in his life.
He also took out his time to curse the agency, stating that he had just returned from an event and was attempting to put his daughter to sleep before his home was invaded.
Expressing his outrage he wrote;
“God go punish una @officialEFCC. I am not a criminal, I have never don fraud in my life, you came in with guns to oppress me in front of my daughter and her mother & my staff. you will never prosper in anything you do as long as you’re Efcc staff! You will always be a failure.”
“So U guys now carry out routine checks @officialEFCC ON FOLKS?Na una staff talk am. for all U made my family go thru this night” my new born & her mom. I hate U @officialEFCC. U will fail in whatever the works of ur hands do..success will never be URS. I’ll always speak against U.”
