Nollywood actress and politician, Tonto Dikeh has criticized Peter Obi, the 2023 Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate after he provided funding for a borehole installation at Kwarbai community, Zaria City.
Peter Obi faced a lot of oppositions and criticism on social media after he announced his donation of a borehole for Kwarbai community to ensure access to water.
He mentioned that provided assistance to about 100 people, contributing to the betterment of their lives.
In reaction, Tonto Dikeh expressed her disappointment and displeasure at the actions of the former presidential aspirant.
She went further to question his genuineness and dedication to moving the nation forward.
According to the actress, this circumstance emphasises how important it is for Nigerians to band together, support President Bola Tinubu, and actively participate in the development of their country.
She said that although she is disappointed by his behavior, Peter Obi remains one of her favorite politicians and that she believes it is important to speak the truth to the benefit of Nigerians.
