A video making rounds online shows the dilapidated state of a University of Lagos hostel which is being sold for 350,000 Naira.
According reports online, there is usually a balloting procedure done to get hostels in the University and not everyone is fortunate enough to get one.
However, some students who are lucky to get hostels, increase the price of the rooms and resell it for individuals who want to leave close to school.
The lady who made the post also shared the video of the Makama hostel, claims that it was gotten for N350,000 but it is nothing to write home about.
The friend lamented bitterly how on getting to the room the door was detached, window net torn and there was no electricity coming into the room.
