Popular Nigerian singer, Yemi Alade has refute claims making rounds on social media that she was sexually harassed by men in the industry.

Popular Nigerian songstress, Yemi Alade has refuted rumours that she was sexually harassed by men in the music industry.

Recall that rumours about the singer circulated on social media about her saying that she does not receive awards in Nigeria since she declined to have sex with some of the show organisers.

In response to the rumours spreading online, Yemi Alade took to her Instagram story to slam fake news carriers and some news outlets for disseminating inaccurate information about her.

She emphasised that she read the interview and noted that it was a ridiculous write-up and the height of idiocy.

She went further to call those who spread inaccurate information about hwr “dumb bloggers” and urged them to find employment.

Her words: “So yall gon start creating false stories everytime you get bored? Smh! Stupidity at its peak! Very unintelligent writeup.

“When I read the interview that Yemi Alade recently did, I was like “wow, Yemi Alade don suffer”. Mtchww get a job stupid rumour mongers of false news. Unintelligent excuse for a bug with a phone !!! aka dumb blogger.”
