Nigerian singer, Davido has lancged a new course, the Faculty of Music and Arts at the International University of East Africa in Kampala, Uganda.
Nigerian singer and songwriter David Adedeji Adeleke, better known as Davido, has launched a new course, the ‘Faculty of Music and Arts,’ at the International University of East Africa in Kampala, Uganda.
In addition to that, a hall named ‘Davido Hall’ has been dedicated to him at the university. This news has been widely shared on social media by his well-wishers.
In a video that was also shared online, the singer can be seen receiving an award with his name ‘Davido’ clearly inscribed on it, along with the word ‘Hall’ below, indicating the naming of the newly built hall after him.
During the ceremony in his honor, Davido also inaugurated the new course at the university, cutting the ribbon attached to the board bearing the name “Faculty of Music and Arts.”
